13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 1 cup sour cream

# Cooking Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
02 - Cook the ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
04 - Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until everything is heated through. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread a thin layer of meat mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Lay 3 lasagna noodles on top, then spread one third of the remaining meat mixture, one third of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and a few dollops of sour cream.
06 - Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with a final layer of cheese on top.
07 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
08 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
09 - Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, and green onions if desired.
